Our Baseball Field Mix is a unique blend of sand and clay that contains no sticks, stones or other unwanted materials. Like many of our other products, our field mix is mechanically screened to ensure the quality of the mix is at its full potential. Our field mix is great construction material for new or existing ballfields and can also help reduce standing water and rain delays due to poor field conditions.

Our Bioretention Media is a NCDENR approved storm water treatment blend. Our mix incorporates organics and sand to filter storm runoff and can also be blended with multiple lightweight coarse and fine aggregates for additional capabilities. Our product meets appropriate infiltration rates based on compaction. For areas that experience high fines pollution from surrounding watershed, ask for our High-Flow Bio-Retention Media. Our Bio-Mix is perfect to filter storm water runoff.

Our Coarse Manufactured Soil is STA tested & approved confirming that our product is weed seed free as well as free of sticks, stones, expansive clays and other inert debris. Our Coarse soil has excellent drainage capabilities, draining at 3”-7” per hour based on compaction. This product provides moisture retention and is high in organic content moisture retention. Our product works great on high percolation tree and flower beds and certain soil requirements. **Not to be used in place of Bio Retention Media per state standards in dry retention beds**

Our Composts is STA approved yard waste material that passes through the PRFP process to ensure its quality is approved for use. Compost reduces or eliminates the need for fertilizers and the number of applications annually by assisting in balancing soil pH, improves soil structure and makes the ground weed seed free. Composting adds additional nutrients to flower beds, lawns, trees and shrubs, and helps with erosion control. Compost is also a natural fertilizer closing the sustainability loop. Our compost is completely free of bio solids (speak with a representative if bio solids are a requirement) and is used in our line of custom manufactured soils which is volumetrically mixed to meet any and all project specifications.

Our High-Flow Bioretention Media is a NCDENR approved storm water treatment blend used in bioretention beds. Used specifically in areas that may experience potential high fines pollution or are located near current construction projects. High flow bio is designed to meet elevated percolation requirements and safeguard against unfavorable site conditions while adding to the longevity of the dry retention bed.

Our Manufactured Base Loam is multipurpose soil that mimics a A-horizon natural occurring soil. Our Base Loam is STA tested & approved confirming that our product is weed seed free as well as free of sticks, stones, and other inert debris. This product provides moisture retention and is an adequate source of nutrients for basic soil. Our Base Loam is ideal for agricultural uses as well as basic lawn installations or nutrient-enriched topdressings. The manufactured base loam has excellent drainage properties and will be sure to get the job done on your next project.

Planting soil helps promote strong root growth and can reduced the annual application schedule for fertilizing the soil compared to how often you would need to using generic fertilizer. Our product is great for flower beds, gardens, horticultural subsoils, and as a natural fertilizer.

Our Manufactured Potting soil is nutrient-rich and contains a high organic content. Our Potting Soil is STA tested & approved confirming that our product is weed seed free as well as free of sticks, stones, and other inert debris. Potting soil helps promote strong root growth and can reduced the annual application schedule for fertilizing the soil compared to how often you would need to using generic fertilizer. While this soil is very similar to our planting soil, our potting soil contains a sandy loam texture to add additional moisture retention. This product is great for nurturing trees and flower beds, agricultural soil replenishment, and as a natural fertilizer.

Organic Lock Anti-Erosion Blend contain weed deterrent capabilities by elevated pH levels. This product also contains self-healing properties that reduce the amount of dust produced completely helping our material hold up in extreme conditions with minimal surface maintenance. This product can be used on foot traffic pathways, vehicular pathways, baseball fields, golf cart paths and other light-traffic areas. It is designed to stabilize aggregate surfaces to create natural and visual pleasing surfaces.
